• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other identifying information provided during enrollment;
• Financial Information: Payment method details processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers directly;
• Investment Profile: Information about your accredited investor status, liquidity, investment preferences, and investment history as provided by you;
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Community platform, including login activity, content viewed, and engagement metrics;
• Communications: Messages, posts, comments, and other communications you make within the Community.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) manage and administer your membership; (b) process payments and renewals; (c) communicate with you about your membership, events, and Community updates; (d) improve our Services; (e) enforce this Agreement; and (f) comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Community, including, but not limited to Skool, GoHighLevel, and Stripe. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies;
• Analytics & Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified analytics and usage data with partners, sponsors, or other third parties. Such data does not identify you personally;
• Sponsor & Investment Opportunity Sharing: If you indicate interest in a specific investment opportunity or sponsor, or if you explicitly consent to being contacted, we may share your contact information with the relevant sponsor, fund manager, or investment professional. We will not share your contact information with sponsors without your indication of interest or explicit consent;
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority;
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

No Sale of Personally Identifiable Information

We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

Member Privacy Obligations

You agree to respect the privacy of other Community members. You may not share, publish, or disclose the personal information, contact details, or communications of other members outside of the Community without their express consent.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Cookies & Tracking

Platforms to which we may subscribe and utilize to provide services (such as GoHighLevel and Skool) may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data and improve the user experience. By using these platforms, you consent to such tracking in accordance with the respective platform's privacy policies.

State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar statutes.
